1. Licence for website access
venuscorsets.com grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) witthout our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other ‘hidden text’ without our express written consent.
You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of venuscorsets.com as long as the link does not portray venuscorsets.com or its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. When you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with venuscorsets.com when you place an order.
4. Customs
When ordering goods from venuscorsets.com for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.
When you visit venuscorsets.com or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
7. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Venuscorsets.com uses cookies as part of the mechanism to hold the contents of the shopping basket during each visit that you make to the site, and as such we require both permanent and session cookies to be enabled.
13. Accounts and Passwords
Your account contains your delivery and billing details, email preferences and a record of your orders. You will need your email address and password to see or edit your personal details. Please note that we do not store your credit card details online.
14. Opting in / out
Venuscorsets.com may offer visitors opportunities to receive ad hoc emails, vouchers, regular emails and catalogues. Some of these are opt-in, others are opt-out. Each opportunity will explicitly state whether it is opt-in or opt-out.
15. Making A Purchase
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards via Authorize.Net, Paypal, Google Checkout.
All orders except custom orders are subject to 14 days return policy. As stated in (15) above, custom orders are made to order. Consequently, and also as a result of the personal nature of the garment, this transaction is exempt from laws and regulations that regulate online selling and cannot be returned. Should this cause you any concern please contact us immediately via email or phone and we would be happy to put your mind at rest. Although under no obligation to do so, we will accept order cancellations provided that notification is received by us within 48 hours of this email being dispatched.
We will accept returns on faulty corsets within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted on corsets in near-mint condition, ie. only worn over a thin garment to check that it is the correct sizing. Items must be returned in there original packaging.
Please note that all returns are subject to manual authorization. You may need to contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance, in order to qualify for return and exchange/refund. We are not responsible for any demage and/or lost of the return shipping packages if the merchandise been returned without pre-authorization and instructions.
